Light golden pour with a white head. Smells of grain and bready sweetness. Grass and straw notes, water, a bit of corn, cracker, and maybe some vegetal notes. The flavor is watery and sweet. Vegetables, cracker, grain, grass, and straw. Pretty much meh.

"for a light beer, this was nice. fluffy head, some aromatic quality, decent enough mouthfeel, and it actually had some flavor. recommended for light drinkers."

~Pours a light golden color with small white head. ~Light biscuity scent with light malt and hops. ~Taste biscuity and watered down. ~Feels light and dry ~Great beer for when it is hot out. Not much flavor. Goes down smooth and easily drinkable.

Thanks to Lagunitasfan for this brew. 12oz bottle. Pours clear pale gold with small white head. Aroma is grainy with light fruits. Flavor is light and crisp with light fruit and grain with some sweetness. Not bad for a summer brew. Hard to beleive MGD 64 has a higher abv than this brew.

Draft at Disneys California Adventure; nose of grain and very light hops;clear gold with a small white head; flavor is just blah grains with some light citrus hop bitterness, better than macros, but the worst Strauss beer Ive had!

Capa (2844) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - JUN 3, 2008
Clear golden with a mammoth, rocky head. Crisp, malty aroma with slight earthy hops. The flavor is dominated by biscuit malts with a ever so faint fruit tone. Smooth, clean body. The aroma is off-putting, but the flavor isnt all that bad. Overall its pretty boring, though.

Darkish golden in color. Sweet, roast corn aroma, with the lightest hints of apple. Very subtle flavor, corny, and very cidery. Not much by way of hops, a very slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and a very dry finish. Kind of watery. It’s not amazing by far, but it’s tolerable, and as far as most American lagers go that’s saying a lot.
