Picked up a six-pack. Poured golden, straw color. Aroma was pleasant with caramel, cereal, toasty. It tasted very balanced with a delicious malty flavor. Smooth. This is a great representation of Oktoberfest. I will be picking up a few more before the season is over.
12oz bottle into a glass tankard at my daughters place in Orange County, California on 8th Dec 2017. Almost clear, deep amber body, the full white crown, sadly left the scene very quickly to leave a headless body. Malty front with a semi-sweetness throughout. A slight hop bitterness tries to balance out the malty molasses but they do not quite make it. My sweet tooth liked it very much, pity about the head! Heidbummer (981) - SCOTLAND - OCT 8, 2017
Taster Brewpub. Sorry, didn't rate this at all. Soft appearance, soft aroma, soft taste. Just all round soft and lacking in anything distinguishing. Nope. blipp (9902) - La Mesa, California, USA - OCT 8, 2017
Draft. Pours orange with a white head. Bready malts, a little floral bitterness, and mild lingering sweetness. Pretty good. jbruner (5463) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - OCT 7, 2017
Pours a clear golden brown from the bottle with fluffy white head that dissipates slowly to leave good lace. Aroma of mild caramel malts and earthy nuttiness. Taste is more mild than the nose, but pleasant and crushable for the style. Solid. thegreenrooster (4626) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 15, 2017
Pour is a hazy tan with a large white head. Aroma is a light sweet but toasted malt. Flavor is the same. A slight sweet malt with a little toasted bready malt. This beer has a horrible rating on here but other than being a bit light all around I could not find any fault with this.

Draft Pint in USA in Oct 2015 - Amber Gold in colour. Toasty bready malts, caramel, hint of nuts. Grassy spicy hops. Sweet malty and lightly spicy. Easy drinking. I liked it (enough to have a second). (2015-10)

Backlog entry: I had this one at the brewery. It’s a solid beer, nothing too unusual or stand-out. joeneugs (6372) - Livermore, California, USA - NOV 6, 2016
Bottle. It pours a golden orange color with a small off white head. The aroma has solid toasted malt and hints of earthy, woody hops. Bready and toasted. The flavor is the same. Bready, toasted with hints of cooked squash. Very light hints of earthy hops and barely perceptible bitterness. Light bodied. Pretty standard, but well attenuated. A bit above average. Nutty, dry leaves and a bit of salty air rise off a medium copper/gold body with a thin but persistent white head. Nice toasted malt flavor is front and center with some light hazelnut notes in the back. Body is lightly creamy with a little vanilla around the sides. Hops are appropriately restrained but nicely balanced, tasting like appropriate Noble hops. Taste is very to-style and authentically German. Finishes soft , light and refreshing. Excellent Oktoberfest from a brewery that knows a thing or two about German beer. Prost! marcus (10867) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 12, 2015
On tap at California Craft Beer Summit. Pours light amber with a nice beige head and a sweet malty aroma. There is a medium-bodied mixed malt flavor with a carbonated finish.
