Pours dark amber with a large, lasting head.
Very hoppy aroma, lots of pine, floral notes, citrus fruit and spicy hops. Some light clean malt underneath.
Flavours follow along the same lines, with more floral and spicy notes along with a little fruit. Lovely clean malt underneath with just a hint of a cookie dough-like character.
Carbonation is perhaps just a little high.
Wonderfully refreshing and drinkable. DuffMan (10451) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 17, 2012
Bottle, shared with my wife over lunch at the San Diego Zoo. I love that craft beer has become so relevent that I can buy it at a zoo cafeteria. Burnt orange colour, decent off-white head. Piney and fruity hops are backed by lightly toasty caramel malts. Nice bitterness. It was 93 degrees today, and this really hit the spot. Brenhophead (695) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 14, 2012
330mL bottle. Pours clear golden with a small white head and a piney/citrus aroma with hints of sweet toffee. Mild bitterness which fits the beer very well and also piney notes in the flavour mixed with the toffee backing. Nice beer but by no means does it stand out from the crowd. imaragingbull (572) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 4, 2012
Bottle. Pours orange amber with small off white head and some lace. Aromas of pine, citrus, grain and light toffee. A bit thin, light-medium body, medium-high carbonation. A of bit dish soap with a lingering grain, light malt and hop bitterness on the finish. KeefOz (1861) - Tarragindi, AUSTRALIA - OCT 3, 2012
Poured a translucent orangy amber colour with a thin bubble head that produced a few spots of lacing. Moderate carbonation. Citrus and hops plus some malt that gives a well balanced aroma. Taste has similar citrus to nose but less intense. Hops are pleasant and do not produce much bitterness. Thin body. Pleasant short bitter but smooth finish.

Draft: poured orange in color with a off white head. Aroma is light hops. Taste is nice maltiness and light hops. ALLOVATE (3030) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - SEP 14, 2012
At just on cool and into a straightwall. There is pine resin, heavily caramelised fruit, rubber and a note of tart berries on the nose. No head; a brilliant amber it produced with fine effervescence. Doughy and a little soapy and underlyingly plastic on the palate. Quenching fruit comes through, as some toffee malts, burnt toast and otherwise bready notes. Piney finish but lapsed in bitterness. Easily quaffable and I don’t know why. Is it odd as this is just another APA!? (12fl.Oz, BB 30/04/13, Dan Murphy’s Currambine) Maris (1531) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - SEP 12, 2012
From a 355ml bottle on 12/9/2012. Pours a fairly clear dark golden with a tiny head. Has a delightful floral, fruity, perfumey aroma. This is a very flavoursome APA, with caramel and toasty malt, and sweet citrus fruit particularly prominent, with a touch of honey at the back. Better still, it’s quite hop forward, with a touch of IPA-like grapefruit bitterness present. The body is medium and the carbonation spot on. All up, a terrific APA with heaps of character. gam (3964) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - SEP 7, 2012

Fresh dry hop aroma mixed with a faint caramel smell. Flavour is slightly blander than expected but refreshing light hop bitterness and very subtle sweetness
