Actually fairly pleasant, draft at the local, San Diego. Surprisingly light and drinkable.

On tap at the brewery downtown San DIego. This was one of many on tap that I tasted and thought it was just ok.

Jado (796) - Camp Hill, AUSTRALIA - AUG 7, 2012
Theres not a lot on the nose, but it looks good - deep clear amber with a lasting white head and lively carbonation. Taste is driven by some nice hops flavours with citrus, pine and herbal tones coming through. Maybe a bit thinner than other West Coast APAs, but its refreshing and sessionable. Will be back for more.

On Tap at Karl Strauss restaurant in Carlsbad, named Star of India Pale Ale so this may not be correct. Nice color , not much head as delivered, mild nose. Was initially a bit bitter but got better as the glass warmed a bit. A good solid drinkable IPA worth ordering (food is real good there too).

Wittales (762) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - FEB 18, 2015
Appearance was orangish gold with creamy lasting white 2 finger head, rings of lacing. Aromas are soft citrus, earthery hops then caramel sweet malts, no alcohol. Taste are grapefruit, lemon, soft earthery spicy hops upfront. Then soft sweet malt middle supports the smooth citrusy, light spice and wood smooth backend. Palate was smooth creamy CO2 with medium body, then a balanced lasting slightly drying finish. Overall an solid APA, smooth pale.

On tap at KS Sorrento. Pale gold color. Kinda thin body. Sweet with a bit of hop bitterness. Pretty weak unsatisfying finish. Wouldnt try again.

Brenhophead (695) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 14, 2012
330mL bottle. Pours clear golden with a small white head and a piney/citrus aroma with hints of sweet toffee. Mild bitterness which fits the beer very well and also piney notes in the flavour mixed with the toffee backing. Nice beer but by no means does it stand out from the crowd.

A nice sweet pale ale. Appears light amber and hazy. Taste is cool refreshing sweet and fruity. Aroma was similar with some toffee malt coming through.

Orange/amber with white frothy head. Aromas of melon and citrus. Similar flavours with elements of grass and bread like malt. An ok beer but nothing too exciting.
