On tap at the San Diego downtown brewpub. It poured a golden color with an off-white head. The aroma was of malt, fruits, caramel, citrus and some bread. The taste was light to medium sweet with fruit and caramel and a nice bitter finish. Decent.

Tap - Nice amber color, decent balance but as a pale ale it could use a bit more hops. Palate is a little thin and overcarbonated. The taste is good though and the finish fairly crisp.

On tap at the Catamaran Resort. Light amber pour, small off-white head. Big citrus hops in the aroma, nice and fresh smelling, with some malt. Flavor has more malt profile, with grain. Overall very light, easy to drink.

3.4
IrishBoy (4254) - Bakersfield, California, USA - MAY 28, 2009
Draft at Disney’s California Adventure Park. Nose of pine and floral hops with some light caramel balance. Clear light amber with a medium off white head. Flavor is piney bitterness finishing with a light dose of the bitter remaining. Decently hoppy beer if you are at Disneyland with the family, but you will need a parkhopper or CA ticket to get you in to get some!

Shaker pint draft at the brew pub in Carlsbad, California. Pour is amber golden with a light tan smallish head. Aroma is citrus, fruit stripe gum, and light toasted malt. Taste is the sweet citrus hop, followed quickly by sharp maltiness, and finishing with a mineral earthiness. Palate is light to medium bodied, clean and dry mineral finish.

hawthorne00 (4195) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUL 28, 2012
Clear amber with a white head that lasts and laces. Aroma of kumquat, grapefruit, a little peach, pine. Thinnish body, rather dull mouthfeel. Not much malt presence, some caramel. Sharpish citrus, dry bitter finish is a bit herbal too. Not enough to support the hops for me.
