On tap at the brewpub - Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Nose is a blast of citrus--grapefruit with a little pine and onion. Clean malt body, crackery with nice grapefruit and floral hops. Thin and clean body. Awesome--just what I’m looking for in an APA. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JAN 18, 2008
on tap-pours a thin retaining light tan head that laces and amber color. Aroma is nice citrus-pink grapefruit hops. Taste is nice citrus-pink grapefruit hops-some bitter (c-hops). Secondary medium malt, which fades to faint. Dry. Bitter hop finish. elguapo47 (13) - California, USA - JAN 21, 2010
Aroma- nice pine and citrus quality
Appearance- golden color
Taste- pine and grapefruit hop flavors come through. malt balance comes in at just the right time. bitterness lingers in the finish, pleasantly so.
Overall- very sessionable pale ale. lots of flavor going on. not over powering on the hop side.

Wow, massive piney hops. This beer is a flavour explosion. I really enjoyed this and am keen to give it another try. Not sure I could drink a heap of these at any one time, but would really enjoy a couple every now and then. Tasty beer drpimento (3641) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 15, 2014
Pretty good beer overall, really. And I was surprised to get it on the other side of the planet, for me that is. Poured at a good temperature, with a thick, off-white foamy,semi-pemanent head, and lots of lace. Color is a clear, medium, honey amber. Aroma is at first honey caramel, then pine and citrus. Flavor’s like nose, fresh, tasty, (apparently it traveled well) and not too heavy in any area. Body/carbonation are excellent! Finish is like flavor and is super drinkable. I like it the more I drink it. mkel07 (5995) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - AUG 22, 2012
330ml bottle. Pours a clear deep burnished amber colour with a fine collar of light beige foam. Caramel, vanilla and butterscotch make up the aroma. Smooth in the mouth with a full rich mouthfeel.
