UPDATED: NOV 19, 2016 Deep amber pour with thin head. Slight sour, hoppy and caramel aroma. Light to medium body. A light crisp, fruity, nutty, toffee, malt balance of flavour. Quite pleasant. A reasonable red disguised as a clean finish mid ABV ale. TedE (1332) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - NOV 12, 2016
355ml bottle into shaker. Orange/red beer with creamy head. Quite a few bubbles moving round. Nose is smoky caramel toffee. Good body, smoky tangy caramel taste. Finish is more toffee and (later) dark fruits. Excellent tasty ale. tlind2 (1727) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 15, 2016
Bottle @ San Diego zoo. Reddish-amber color, off-white head. Slightly metallic flavor with nuts and fruit. Somewhat sweet finish. Medium carbonation, medium body. Not bad. drjoeng (1291) - SINGAPORE - OCT 9, 2016
5.8%ABV. Red Ale.
Poured out red brown. 24ºSRM.
Nose is nutty, with a hint of leather. Nice hit of raw dough and wheat flour.
Mouthfeel is beery. Palate is clean and nutty. There are malty biscuit-like flavors. Chin chow and red bean paste on the palate for local flavors. Hint of phenol. Hops are bitter and noble.
Finish is beery light and sweet, reminiscent of chin chow. Overall a very full-bodied red ale with a nice clean light finish.

Christmas pudding smell. Nearly no carbonation, clear browny red. Big malt but little else for flavour. Basement finish. Good for a winter afternoon before something heavier.

Taps translucent mahogany with a fine-bubbled buff head. Aroma features notes of toasted malt and caramel. Flavor offers strong caramel, cinnamon, clove, and average malty character. Mouthfeel delivers typical body and good fizz. Take this trolley! fluffy (2472) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - JUN 18, 2016
Pour this in a glass and is call it Amber Bock or Killians. Pretty bland red ale, only got it because all they had.

Pours a red amber with small foam head. Aroma is malty with berry and hints of raisin. Taste is different than most beers, malty and hoppy with a sweet berry and raisin flavor finish. This beer surprised me when I first drank it, since the taste wasn’t typical. Its a good beer I will drink it again. kerenmk (4768) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - APR 23, 2016
Bottle sample at Ran and Dale’s. Thanks Rachel! Clear red. Raspberry, cherry, then some toast in the nose. Mild bitterness, berry and then sweetness. Mild carbonation, light body. Meh.
