On cask @ Karl Strauss Costa Mesa. Slightly hazed brick colored pour with a khaki head. Nose isn’t much different from the original, mostly bread, toast, and caramel malts. Some hints of raisin and toffee. Mild perfume and citrus zest to it. Sweet malty flavor of caramel and toasted bread. Light raisin, plum, and toffee. Subtle floral hops and bitterness. A bit of citrus.
