Shot glass showing golden amber. The nose shows clean, punchy pine notes with subtle tropical fruit notes underneath. The palate is moderately carbonated and medium bodied. Very fruit forward but perfectly balanced by the sweet malts and a light pilsner-like bitterness on the finish.

RedSox2004 (1866) - Pacific Palisades, California, USA - JUL 24, 2015
Clear golden amber, one-finger dense white head and very nice lace. Aromas of leafy hops, pulpy citrus, biscuits and a hint of medicine/band aids. Deep resinous hop bitterness up front countered y a strong bready/biscuity malt sweetness, but the hops win. Medium to full body, creamy smooth, moderate carbonation and a rich hoppy finish.
