~Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head. ~Scent is banana fruity. ~Flavor is banana, yeasty and spicy. A bit watered down. ~Feels light and fluffy. ~This is good, unfortunetly taste is a bit "mellow yellow".

AROMA bread, hay, cereal, barnyard, banana, slight clove, APPEARANCE golden, hazy, minimal head, white foam, TASTE light sweetness, lightly bitter, PALATE medium body, creamy, average carbonation, long wheat finish, OVERALL It’s all right but no where near a beer like Schneider Weisse.

Wonderful creamy flavor with some banana, vanilla and spice coming through. Mostly clove though. Cloudy yellow in color. Nose is a bit spicy with more of the clove aroma shining through. Overall this is a pleasure to drink. It actually reminds me more of a wit than a hefe. Good stuff!

ARH (1134) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 21, 2014
On tap served into a weizen glass. Initially, I thought I picked up notes of blueberry, peach, and even some yeast on the nose, but after awhile, the standard banana and clove dominant, with a hint of lemon. It pours a hazy pale with a thick, creamy white head that retains well and leaves lots of micro bubble lace. the beer is a blend of medium-light sweetness and a very light bitterness along with a trace amount of sour citrus. The beer is light bodied with a thin, watery texture. It kinda has the feel of a watered down lemonade. It’s very crisp, and clean with a low amount of soft carbonation - very refreshing summer session type beer. In the mouth, it’s mostly a banana and caramel taste that finishes with a faint orange rind and leaves a mild bubblegum aftertaste which doesn’t last long.

Tap. A very nice hefe. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick white head. Nice strong aroma of banana, clove, and wheat. The taste follows through big time. Great balance, with both the clove and banana yeast esters shining on their own. A nice lemony finish.

kinda light for a hefe. tons of banana candy in aroma. way undercarbonated. tastes pretty good but the body kills it completely.

On tap at Disneyland. Pours a golden yellow color with a foamy white head. Good aroma of wheat and bannana. Very refreshing and drinks smooth. Very nice after a long hot day.

Cimbasso (977) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 19, 2015
Sampled on draught at the Hilton Anaheim. it hs a hazy pale yellow colour with a white head, and the aromas are tangy, with typical wheat beer scents. The taste is good and fairly typical of the style, with yeasty lemon notes and that distinctive banana and clove flavour. What makes this beer different is that the there is a bass note of vanilla to counter-balance the upper notes of citrus and spices. This makes for a really interesting and well-balanced beer, full of vivid flavours. Highly drinkable.

On Tap: A very average hefe. Thought it was a good example, but kind of weak and sterotypical. Bannanas, wheat, cloves, bubble gum, were the flavors and aromas. I agree that it was drinkable but kind of boring.
