A little boozy on the nose and finish, otherwise a really nice ba impy. Vanilla and bourbon, chocolate and coffee all work pretty well together without anything getting outshined. Flanfl (805) - Lyon, FRANCE - JUL 14, 2016
Deep brown, small white head. Aroma of coffee, cocoa, dried fruits, alcohol fusel, toffee. Flavours of coffee, toffee, chocolate, dried plum, alcohol fusel. Medium warm chocolate toffee finish, medium bitterness.

acidic tinge. off flavours. More of a brown ale. Lots of thick mocha lace on black body. jc1762 (1435) - Washington DC, USA - SEP 13, 2015
Shot glass showing coffee brown.
The nose shows light coffee with a sugar cane profile. Aromas are very thin.
The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Flavors show bourbon smoke immediately followed by a sugar cane sweetness that slowly changes into an adzuki bean sweetness on the finish. DSG (14764) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAR 16, 2015

Sample at Kurtkeller 015: Coffee-tastic 02 on 07/05/2014. Dark brown pour with a medium beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Roast malt, coffee and slight oak in the nose. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, malt and subtle fruit. Barrel aging is barely evident. The finish is roasty with a short coffee aftertaste. Slightly above average overall. maddmatt639 (331) - Pacifica, California, USA - MAR 24, 2014

On tap. Pours a ruby black red. No head or lacing. Nose is a mix of harsh alcohol and dark fruits. Attack is pleasant but quickly goes off and finishes overly sweet and muddy.
