Bottle courtesy MrBunn.Thanks.Smells of not much in particular. Tastes about the same. A little bit of hay, bread, and corn. pretty much what I figured it to be.

Familiar slavic style with a straw gold color and a nose full of hops. Good summer thirst quencher with crisp hops and mild citrus notes.

Dark gold in color, sports an aroma you’d expect. Sort of basic, somewhat refreshing for the amount of maltiness in it. Tastes a little sweet, like breakfast cereal (corn flakes? pops?). Lingers a bit on the finish, but not unpleasant.

500ml bottle-pours a disappearing white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is light malt-caramel, some grassy. Taste is light malt-caramel, some grassy, slight salt, some Euroskunk, cardboard. I’m going to reflect in the score this was bought 10/08 best by 3/08. Thanks jwc215 for sharing this.

Finally my first Croation beer!! Pours clear gold with decent 90 second white head. The aroma emits sweet sugar malts, grainy malts, some floral hops and a mild background of earthy hops. The taste coats my tongue with thin sugary malts, table sugar and a bit of corn flakes. Slowly grainy malts and floral hops break up the sickly sweet party. A bit of spicy hop twang picks up toward the finish along with a bit of earthy hops. It still gets too sweet for me as the ounces are consumed.

Got this from BevMo for $2.99 for the 500 ml bottle. Poured light yellow with a big fizzy head and light lacing. Nose of caramel malts and grassy hops. Light and fizzy mouthfeel. Flavor is mostly malts and the finish is short and lightly bitter. Pretty ordinary.

Bottle. Low but lasting fluffy white head. Clear golden body with a lot of bubbles. Weak barley malt aroma with notes of soap. Somewhat dry flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness high carbonation and a long hoppy aftertaste. OK but rather anonymous.

Aug 13, 2006 Updated: Aug 20, 2006 Bottle in Vodice, Croatia. This is a lager I enjoyed, with a bit more bite to it.Large head like many of the beers served here. Good.

Tastes like central european beers of this style. dry, crisp. not much flavor complexity. could of been a molson golden and I wouldn’t have known. grain-ish with some slight mineral flavors on finish.
