Can, gift from PhilLís Eastern European trek. Pale blond with a fluffy white head. Sweet, grainy nose but not in a nasty way, some noble hop and slight citrus, even a touch of lactic twang maybe. Quite clean, light and refreshing, I guess thatís what I meant above by "not nasty". Not overly cloying, bitter or fizzy, went down a treat. Not an everyday beer but if I was on holiday, Iíd sink a few.

Very clear, darkish golden colour with a short white head poured from the bottle. Yet another macro-Euro-lager with sweet malt, corn and light bitterness.

Van de tap op terras in Graz. Donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en ietwat hoppig, echter niet echt uitgesproken. Weinig verdere smaak nuances aanwezig, goed voor op het terras, verder gewoon standaard bier.

Can in the flat. Pours clear golden, nose is grassy, lemon, cereal, taste is similar.

Light straw color. Light to medium body. Rich aroma of grain, & hops. Flavor of slight sweet malt, grain, and some hops. Very tastefull. Brings back the memories of younger days when I used to drink it all the time..

500 mL bottlenshared by ebone1988 for this stupid book. The pourbisba darker golden yellow with a crystal clarity. There is a bubbly white head and a couple spots of light lace. The aroma is skunky for sure. Itís healed to tell if itís good or bad. There is a lot of metallic corn and a sweet potato addition as if it were meant to still ferment. The flavor is interesting. There is a pretty strong metallic malt and a corn sweetness that Iím not too crazy about. Itís a typical pale lager and itís just not good. The mouth feel is thin and watery with a brighter carbonation and a lingeringly corny finish. Hmm.

Bottle shared with koleminer20. For the book. Aroma is sweet, corn, funk, earthy hops, not good. Appearance is darker golden, white head, clear. Taste is corn, earthy hop, floral, less funky, slight metallic, eh. Mouthfeel is light body, light carbonation, floral and earthy aftertaste. Overall, not as bad as expected but also not good.

Bottle pour at home. Because why not. Iím hanging out at home. Watching a killer baseball game. Sounds like a great time to knock out a new country tick with a premium pale later. Hadnít even pried the cap all the way off of this before I could pick up that old lager smell. Sooner than later, it seemed to fill the room. A bit on the skunky side, but when you are watching a killer baseball game, paired with being quite thirsty, this actually finds a way to be semi refreshing. Sort of. Plastic grains. More skunk. Odd. Drink it quick before you start to really taste it, and you will be just fine. Still, Iíve had worse from the style.

This beer is about as boring as it gets. Bought from store for immediate consumption, itís not even cold. Travelling through Dubrovnik, so no room to complain.

Great beer, great memories... or maybe holes in my memory. Just plain beautiful!
