Can, labelled Karlskrone Premium Lager. Pale gold with a large white head. Sweet grainy aroma with some earthy hops. Sweet taste with bland cereals and struggling bitterness. Emptiness where the malt should be sets in after half a glass. Inoffensive but very cheap-tasting. I get the same sort of shameful cultural buzz from this sort of thing as from when queuing in a shop behind an elegant Parisian buying a pot noodle and a Kit Kat. Bottled. A light golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Nothing wrong, just boring. crossovert (13724) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 11, 2011
Comes in an elegant half-liter twist-off clear plastic bottle. "Gebraut nach dem deutsche Reinheitsgebote". Mindestens haltbar bis: 11.09.11.
It is almost a pure yellow with a hint of gold. The head is soapy and bright white.
Suprisingly it isn’t skunked. It is mildly sweet and almost alocholic smelling. There is a big whiff of cooked grains and no real sign of hops.
It is quite carbonated with a taste of bready grains, light fruit, and a hint of hops. It is standard industrial lager, and suprisingly good for only a few cents.
If you havent tried it, it is worth trying because of the price, but other than that it isn’t special. Pinball (12234) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2010
bottle from papsoe.
Clear yellow, smooth creamy white head.
very faint aroma of malts and perhaps a little bitter hops.
flavor is bitterhoppy macro pils, dry, bitter hoppy balance, about the same as any other macro pils, although it seems to be slightly on the sweet side, malts clearly present in the flavor. okay macro lager. fonefan (50674) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 25, 2010

33 cL plastic bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and slight malty. Malty, light roasted and slight bitter flavoured. Subdued bitter and dry finish. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 12, 2010
Plastic bottle 50 cl. Clear yellow with a white head leaving laces. Sweetish malty nose - from the stickiness I would also have guessed corn, but they claim Reinheitsgebot, so... Medium body with sweet sticky malts and nothing else really. No bitterness. 210510 Nordcore (1606) - Lyngen alps, NORWAY - SEP 7, 2009

Bottled. Deep golden without head. Buttery apple cellar aroma. Sweet and fruity. Sticky, fizzy, edgy and with evident cellar notes. Someone please stop these guys... oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2008
