Benzai (16682) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUN 22, 2016
Plastic bottle @ family weekend in Germany, bought at local Getrankemarkt. Clear pale yellow golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, a nice moderate bitterness, lightly hayish. Decent body and carbonation. Quite refreshing. Surprisingly decent.

Pinball (12310) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2010
bottle from papsoe. Clear yellow, smooth creamy white head. very faint aroma of malts and perhaps a little bitter hops. flavor is bitterhoppy macro pils, dry, bitter hoppy balance, about the same as any other macro pils, although it seems to be slightly on the sweet side, malts clearly present in the flavor. okay macro lager.

Ungstrup (38384) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 17, 2011
Bottled. A light golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Nothing wrong, just boring.

2.5
schuimkroaat (427) - Leuven, BELGIUM - FEB 24, 2008
50 cl (plastic) bottle, ’bbe’ Aug 08. Pale gold with a fragile, snow white head. Aroma of malt with hints of rubber and nuts. Very gentle, neutral taste with a light, slightly odd bitterness in the aftertaste. Thin body. The plastic packaging doesn’t add a value to the image.

2.5
Christos (5889) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - NOV 25, 2012
Brewed for the german supermarket chain Aldi. Bought at Germany, only beer available at that supermarket. Clear plastic bottle with a screw cap, that carries 0.25 euros deposit. Price of the actual beer was a bit more than that. ABV 4,9%. Poured into a pint glass. Deep golden colour with one and a half finger of white, soapy head, with average retention. Left some light lacing behind once gone. Medium activity in the glass. Typical lager smell, maltywith some stale bread notes. Ugh..! Tastes like wort, and the old bread has moved onto the taste too. Not nice. Meduim on the body with average to high carbonation. Well, I don’t think I’ll buy it again.

2.5
Zlotta (3814) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - JUL 26, 2017
Sampled from 0.5 l plastic bottle from local ’Aldi’, best before December 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, minimally grassy aroma of grains and hints of straw. Moderately sweet, minimally bitter, a little grassy taste of grains and traces straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit grassy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very inoffensive but absolutely okay and easily drinkable.
