Draught@ an Oudtshoorn Ostrich Farm, South Africa. Vibrant amber beer with a strong frothy white head. The aroma is fruity and yeasty, and the flavour is fruity with some bitterness and yeastiness. Hazy yellow with a large, fluffy white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, yeast, wheat and some "soap". Light but quite refreshing.

Bottle in Oudtshoorn. Using waboomskraal hops and local Caledon barley. Pale colour, not much head, aroma is pale malts and hint of tartness. Taste is light, slightly tart, refreshing, a bit yeasty in the finish.
