Draft - Soured peach. Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Peach and citrus with some decent bitterness, but still a touch sour. bobroman (1169) - Torun, POLAND - DEC 4, 2016
Interesting but not very intensive fruity and malty aroma. Big, durable head. Hazy golden colour. Taste of fruits with not very intensive bitterness. High carbonation. Grumbo (2946) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - APR 5, 2015
Last of the bottles Richard brought me back from his PH trip, and turned out saved one of the best til last. Pours a copper colour with minimal white head. Nice aroma of caramel, treacle and hint of coffee. Medium sweetness and bitterness, llight/medium body, fairly thin but slightly oily texture, little evidence of carbonation in glass but with a fizzy mouthfeel. Earthy bitterness to finish. Enjoyable beer and great to see PH craft brewers coming through. HopHeadMichael (6) - Gig Harbor, Alabama, USA - NOV 7, 2014 does not count
It’s good. Although I don’t care much for the citrus taste, the taste is interesting to say the least. There’s a slight hop taste at the end but the flavor dissapears a little too quickly. Must have another try to see if I really like it...😆
