Interesting but not very intensive fruity and malty aroma. Big, durable head. Hazy golden colour. Taste of fruits with not very intensive bitterness. High carbonation.

Last of the bottles Richard brought me back from his PH trip, and turned out saved one of the best til last. Pours a copper colour with minimal white head. Nice aroma of caramel, treacle and hint of coffee. Medium sweetness and bitterness, llight/medium body, fairly thin but slightly oily texture, little evidence of carbonation in glass but with a fizzy mouthfeel. Earthy bitterness to finish. Enjoyable beer and great to see PH craft brewers coming through.

It’s good. Although I don’t care much for the citrus taste, the taste is interesting to say the least. There’s a slight hop taste at the end but the flavor dissapears a little too quickly. Must have another try to see if I really like it...😆
