33 cl bottle @ home, bottled 31 March 2016. Clear golden color. White head with some retention. Aroma’s of funky yeast (horseblanket, manure, you know the drill), some fruit. More fruit and less funk retronasal (fortunately). Flavor is light sweet, light fruity sour, with brett notes throughout. Light bodied. Short finish with light bitterness. Bottle at home in garden, 27th May 16. Pours amber. Aroma is yeast, Brett and spice. Taste is refreshing, yeasty, floral, spice, slight sour, palate is full for the ABV, enjoyable unglaublich (27) - - MAY 1, 2016
Very refreshing. Hazy appearance, white head, not so long lasting. Mainly citrus, hops and dough. Pepper introduces some additional sharpness that complements the alcohol resulting in a heavy taste but low ABV. Nice, original twist. minutemat (6373) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAR 22, 2016
330ml bottle, from trade with MonsterMagnet. Many thanks! Pours hazy gold with big frothy white head. Lightly spice saison yeast aroma. Not really getting too much in the way of black pepper. Taste is bright and flavoursome the brett integrating nicely for form a pleasant floral fruity character with white wine notes. A great Summer beer.

Bottle 33cl. Hazy yellow gold with a firm white head. Aroma has malt flavours. The taste is not what you expect regarding the aroma: a dry, nearly sour flavour with a spicy aftertaste. Benzai (16999) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUL 10, 2015
Bottle @ De Opera, Nijmegen. A bit hazy yellow orange color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit herbal and some spices (pepper I guess?) mixed with some grainy bitter. Weird saison, no wait, weird beer, ok saison since they’re weird most of the time I’d say. Franksv6 (999) - Tiel, NETHERLANDS - MAY 24, 2015

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2016 Bottle, bottle date 7 feb 2015, rated 7% abv. Pours hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma: lime, pepper, floral, pear, orange, hay, spices, very nice aroma. Taste: a bit less pronounced than the aroma, citrus, black pepper, hay. Light-medium sweet and bitter, oily texture, average carbonation, dry finish. Nice fruity saison. Edit: on second thought, it’s perhaps more like a spicy fruity blonde than a saison: 9/3/7/3/15
Rerate, bottle, bd 2 feb 2016, 5.4% abv. It’s been a while since I had the 7% version, but this one seems like a different beer. I don’t recall the 7% had brett, and since it’s not mentioned in my notes I don’t think it had. This 5.4% has a somewhat overpowering bretty aroma, it’s hard to get anything behind it. I do like the brett though. Taste also has brett funk, as well a citrus, toast, pepper, apricot, tangerine. Light sweet, light bitter, light sour, very dry finish. [7/3/8/4/15]
