Rated on 01-09-2009 at Fort Wayne, IN Winter Gathering. This Mead has a clear body with a yellow hue. The Aroma is honey and sweet. The Taste is extremely sweet and honey with a dry finish. The Palate is syrupy. Overall, this is a very basic Mead and nothing to get excited about. It is not a Mead that I recommend trying.

Simple, but pleasant mead. A good intro. Soft, fruity, a bit of nut. Short fiish, but flavour does stay on the back of the tongue. Like a well rounded and non tannic white wine.
