On tap @ the brewpub in Port Allen, Kauai, Hawaii. Cloudy gold, a little dirty looking, leaves a mess of lace around the glass. Intense fresh pineapple, passionfruit, so fresh & juicy! Lightly vegetal toward the end. Pale malts, medium sweetness. Long bitter finish. My favourite from this little brewery, and a really great IPA by any standard. bnoel09 (587) - Elk Grove, California, USA - AUG 5, 2013
Dark amber / orange color with white head. Aroma is quite hoppy with floral and resinous notes. Flavor has some caramel malt with a lot of hoppy character - floral, grassy, resinous. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Very nice IPA. adamah (214) - California, USA - MAY 19, 2013
Piney, earthy and citrusy. Pours dark orange. Tastes slightly sweet but very bitter on the back end. DruncanVeasey (8225) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - SEP 14, 2012
Tap at the brewpub and from growler back at the house, 20/08/12. Lacy, tufted copper-gold diaphanous with haze. Huge mushy papaya, passion fruit aroma; pungent, hairy, perfumed leafy hop. Pineapple and grapefruit on the palate; dried pepper, stewed Earl Grey teapot dregs, slight burn, bitter husky afters uncluttered by malt. A bit Jaipur. Solid, wafting, tropical-accented IPA. ben4321 (6412) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JUL 15, 2012

Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 7/14/12
Aroma: This brew has a citrus and caramel nose that is quite hoppy
Appearance: This one pours a cloudy golden orange color with a small white head
Flavor: The flavor is quite hoppy as well with a long bitterness and mild sweetness
Palate: It is medium bodied, with average carbonation, a smooth body, and a long dry finish
It is pretty cool to stumble on a brand new brewpub and be the first to add and rate one of their beers. As for this beer, I thought it was a not bad, but not great IPA. Still though, I enjoyed drinking it.
