Draft. Dandelion-yellow with gentle haze and a Smalley, fizzy head of white. The aroma shows off a nice floral and citrusy hop character -- tangerine and lavender -- backed up by dry, grainy malt and a bit of wheat. Similar show in the flavor, with a finish that leads with fruit and finishes with citrusy and floral hops. kaser (6312) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 1, 2015
Honey and hips on the nose. Appearance is dark orange with white sticky head. Taste is a mild ale with an earthy yet fruity kick. Not bad. Poured from draft at Kauai Island Brewing tap room, part of a flight. Ernest (7692) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - NOV 23, 2014
Draft at the brewpub.
Head is fully diminishing.
Body is medium to dark yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers), lightly yeasty (dough), with a hint of passionfruit.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Easy drinking, simple blonde ale. A touch more bitterness would be nice, but it’s quaffable and enjoyable as-is. Oakes (17642) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 8, 2014
Dull straw. Dull vaguely malty, slightly yeasty nose. Sweetish. Bland, not much going on but vague malt. DuffMan (10421) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 5, 2014
On tap @ the brewpub in Port Allen, Kauai, Hawaii. Hazy orange-kissed gold. Aroma is sweet fruity candy (Rockets). Muted palate, still that candy essence is here, ending in a pithy aspirin bitterness.

The aroma is deceiving, it smells of citrus and pine and making me think it would be hoppy but almost no flavor, just a little bit of bitterness towards the end. DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - SEP 14, 2012
Tap at the brewpub, 20/08/12. Slim-haloed clear gold. Dragon fruit shower gel aroma. That vaguely lemony, boiled sweet taste again..drying with husky malt; a hint of corn. OK.
