Van tap op terras in Krumbach. Geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is redelijk bitter hoppig en verder zoals van een bier verwacht mag worden. Standaard doch degelijk bier. RW80 (2813) - Hoogeveen, NETHERLANDS - MAY 28, 2017
33cl bottle shared. Appearance: A clear golden, with a nice white head.
Head has a decent retention and leaves some lacing.
Aroma: malts, caramel hints, grass. and a hint of hops.
Taste: sweetish malty start, some grass, some caramel and finishing with a little hop bitterness in the end.
Medium body, average carbonation, oily texture.
Very average beer, no real flaws, but nothing standing out as well. josanguapo (1930) - SPAIN - MAY 17, 2017
From Costco. In Teku glass. Playing 12 Labours of Hercules V. Good helles, malty, full of grassy notes, very refreshing and with a pretty bitter finish. beerstar88 (587) - Bavaria, GERMANY - MAY 8, 2017
Leicht malzig, leicht würzig, leicht gehopft. Alles Leicht!!!

Bottle. Clear bright golden color with a nicely formed white head. Aroma of honey, grain, bread. Flavor is medium sweet, nicely balanced. Medium light feel, crisp, drinkable. Solid as "hell" - zing! DavidWoodruff (631) - Windsor, California, USA - MAR 28, 2017
Pale gold with a thick white head. Aroma of grass and attic dust. Light malt with a nice bready dryness. Mild Noble hop character. The German malt character saves this from being a completely boring lager. No noticeable mineral flavors. Ok but definitely unremarkable. Bottle at Hennessey’s, Birmingham. Pleasant chewy Helles. Light, moreish savoury quality. Far superior to the Edel sampled beforehand. JorgeLee (2240) - Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 5, 2017
Another adventcalendarbrau. Light golden colour, white foam, light carbonation. Faintest whiff of hop aroma. Classic solid German lager, technically sound, nothing wrong, drinks very nicely, sweetish malts and light hop. Probably one to review after five pints on tap rather than after a small bottle... jfb (6672) - GERMANY - FEB 28, 2017
(bottle) clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of caramelized grain, smoking embers and sugar icing, slightly metallic, with a light hint of canned apricots. flavour is more of the same, lots of old malts and cobwebs, some powdered sugar, earth, ethanol and a semi-dry finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
