500ml bottle. Clear chestnut color. Small off-white head, stays. Bready, wheat, buttery aroma. Rye, grainy, straw in flavor. Slight bitter mouthfeel. Carduus in flavor? mzaar (3556) - Varberg, SWEDEN - MAR 16, 2013
Flaska.
Pours deep copper to hazelnut brown with medium cream-brown beige top, min lacing. Aroma is dark malty, a bit creamy, far away rye bread, a bit berries, sweetish, can’t catch hops on nose. Taste is malty sweet, light sour, mild toasted bitter plus remarkable hops bite on tongue, interesting note to me about dunkel. Light body, creamy texture, light dry finish, lively carbonation. Very drinkable dark lager, really. ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 22, 2012
Bottle. Pours a light clear coppery amber body with a big creamy off-white head retention. Very nice looks on this one. Nose is grainy caramel, pale malts and hints of nuts. Nice and mellow. Taste is light caramel tones, grains and hints of burnt sugars. OK. Thin to medium body. Decent enough. estpiwo (1319) - ESTONIA - OCT 23, 2012
Bottle. Red brown body, light creamy head. Caramel aroma. Taste was light caramel, quite weak hoppy, some coffee tones. Finish was light coffee and so short.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2011 Tap (Gyvas, Kaunas)
6 Creamy aroma, hinting at lacticity. Slightly plant-mattery hop aroma.
4 Deep orange to brown. Large tight off-white head.
6 More creaminess in the retronasals. Lovely full, slightly sweet barley taste, gentle bitter hops. Good balance. No lacticity found in the taste at all, weird but I won’t complain.
4 Smooth palate, pleasant carbonation. Finish a bit hoppy, but reminiscent of slightly perfumed soap.
13 Super drinkability. Real lager, how it should be.

Sweet caramelly aroma, just a otuch of husks. Cupric in colour, tiny head. Slightly treacly caramelly taste. Lovely. Different from the tap, but neither better nor worse.
