Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Deep amber-golden in colour with steady head. Taste of caramel, malt, nuts, hops and brown bread. Quite bubbling and refreshing, not as dull as other Dunkels.

Appearance: pours clear dark brown with good beige soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: caramel, chocolate, light nuts, bread and herbal notes. palette: medium roasted malty aroma, average carbonation, medium body, average sweetness, balanced by a medium bitterness, average duration and a watery texture. Overall: Nice dry and ok hoppy dunkel.

(bottle) clear amber-ruby colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of vegetable broth, heavy carrots and manure, with a light hint of roasted malts and cashew nuts. flavour is mostly the same, lots of cooked carrots and potatoes, slightly cardboardy, with a hint of liquorice and some light roasted malts in the finish. medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. really bad.

Bottle 50cl, an amber brown beer with medium head. Nose is on brown caramel. Aroma is on toasted and brown caramel, dry, grassy and vegetable notes, light fruits notes on apple, grainy, brown bread, dark candy sugar notes ! (I know there is no but the taste is near) very drinkable quite complex, very nice one.
