Bottle 500ml. @ home.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, toasted, fruity, sugar, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, hay - grass, bock alike. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottled (from BierZwerg). Golden colour, mediumsized white head, that leaves lace. Aroma is sweet malts, some alcohol, mild nutty notes as well as some mild herbs. Flavour is alcohol, some nuttiness, mild caramel as well as some slight grainy notes. Balanced, but nothing all too special. Beerhunter111 (20337) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 18, 2015

Clear golden color, small white head. Sweetish maltyness in the aroma and also very light herbal hops. Medium-bodied, oily palate. Semi-sweet maltyness in the flavor, low bitterness. Malty and not very alcoholic bock for this ABV. Very clean, malty flavor. Even a bit boring I would say although nothing wrong in this brew.
Bottle. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours clear golden with a white head and lacings. Nose is sweet. Bread, grain and grass. Sweet flavor with a touch of alcohol. Medium bodied.

Bottle: A bit unclear, quite stable, almost creamy white head; sweet-malty, also citrouse nose with a herbal-hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; shorter citrousy-hoppy and malty finish. A quite well balanced Heller Bock............ olio (10166) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 3, 2015
50 cl bottle @ Timo A.JorisPPattyn (9927) - Ursel, BELGIUM - JUN 9, 2007
Pours clear pale golden color with a small head. Hay and pale malts on the nose, some faint orange too. Flavor has pale malts, some fruity notes, hay and maybe faint hops. A bit boring.
Huge, very fine & dense yellowish head over well-carbonated orange-golden beer. Glue - and a lot of it - solvent-ish. Some warm malts, very slightly toasted. Slightly sweetish, bready, but again with glue/solvent notes in the taste. Also, toasted, even more outspoken, orange/apricot buns. A bit sharpish MF, slight burning. Medium bodied, quite slick. Some alcohol, but discreet. Decent, but not very exciting Heller Bock. A little less ethyl acetate might have made it quite good... Thanks to Alt Frankie and her crew!
