This beer was brewed under our strict quality guidelines with choice ingredients. Our water comes from our own spring, the malt from German fields/cultivation, the yeast from our control (? brewery's strain - German word is Herfuehrung) and hops from the Haller valley (Hallertau). (Note - translation by shrubber85 - I did my best)

UPDATED: APR 24, 2017 Bottle. Super hazy yella. Nice tart wheat aroma with some citrus and doughy yeast. Strong doughy yeast and wheat, chalky. Not so good in the end.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy yellowgold with a thin white head. Aromas of banana soap, faint spice. Taste is sweet, foam banana. Some clove on the (slightly cloying) finish.

0.5l bottle as a part of bavarian beer set, marktkauf/edeka. pours an opaque honey yellow with a small white head and some lacing. weak aroma of banana and yeast. sour lemony flavour, apples, baking soda.

Pours hazy yellow with a low white head. Yeasty, very noticable high carbonation from the start, and a slightly sweet fruity finish. Unusual, but easy to drink.

Draught at Berlin Bierfestiival 2014. Low white fluffy and quickly disappearing head. Hazy yellow body. Fruity mainly banana aroma. Sweet fruity flavor with high carbonation and a long sweet finish.

Draught at 18. Internationales Berliner Bierfestival. Cloudy yellow/apricot color with a nice lasting white head. Malty wheat aroma, spicy, caramel, cream, hay, banana notes, earthy, some vanilla. Malty dpicy wheat flavor, caramel, earthy, banana, estery, some grass. Decent.

Wieder eins dieser schweren und suessen Weizenbiere, die vor Frucht und Hefe nur so triefen. Kann man trinken, aber wirklich angenehm ist was anderes.

Pours out of the bottle in a cloudy golden colour with steady head and medium body. Aroma of yeast and bread. Taste of pure yeast, overripe fruits, bananas, bread and baking soda. Awful yeasty finish. Not my kind of beer.
