UPDATED: APR 12, 2009 0.5l can dated 5.1.2009, 5%, 12.5°, brought from Tbilisi by a friend (thanks a lot Lucija!). Shared with ogivlado and heavy. Poured a hazy yellow-gold body with a small persistent white head. Sweet grainy, honeyish maltiness in the nose, some fruit and caramel. Kinda pleasant. A light sweet caramelly taste, scant hop, slightly acidic. They said cardboard but I couldn’t detect it really. Unimpressive and kinda odd but ok enough. courtesy of Per Forsgren - clear golden colour with no foam; aroma of pocorns and potatoes; sweet and medium-bodied; malty finish with notes of solvant - very sovietic ... tomciccateri (1035) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - NOV 4, 2007
UPDATED: DEC 26, 2007 Draught at the Tblisi Courtyard Marriott, a clear gold with a slight white head and lace. Medium body, early slight hop bitterness, slightly hoppy flavor and dry finish. OKAY when fresh.
From a .5 liter green bottled with an aluminum "pop top", labeled 5% dated 12/10/07. Poured a dense gold color with only slight head. Medium body, pale malt flavor with slight diacytl notes. Very slight hop bitterness up front. Even flavor balance. Well carbonated.. chriso (7536) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 21, 2007
Bottle - country tasting - Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Just about the best beer of the tasting. Not saying a lot but at least it was relatively clean and fairly fresh tasting. Not much flavour, of course. But at least it was drinkable. Thanks to Per for sharing.

Bottle with a twist off cap. Golden colour, just a little hazy. Nice big fizzy and creamy white average lasting head. Grain aroma, little bit sweet. Something
strange in the aroma, cant not identify it. Bit waterish flavour of some paperish maltish thing, bit of weak cooked corn. Actually not so pleasant. Aftertaste is short but with the same strange maltiness and corn, unpleasant. Thank you for maling it to me Jamal. Mow I have tried a beer from Georgia. Bottle at Cock & Bull, Sarasota, FL. Poured hazy orange color with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Heavy grassy aroma. Medium body with a syrupy texture. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short duration. duff (5486) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 6, 2006
Bottle. Pretty bland, and theres not much happening. Some sweetish malt characters, adjuncts, quite innofensive, but way too bland. fiulijn (21506) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 1, 2006
Hazy golden color. Aroma of old beer. Some malt taste, like… old beer. A pity, it’s just better than the average lager. Ungstrup (38902) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 27, 2006
An unclear orange beer with a white head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet with notes of malt and caramel. For what it is - I found it quite OK.
