UPDATED: SEP 20, 2017 Mørk brun med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter jordbær, melkesjokolade og lett kaffe. Middels fylde. Lett kaffebitter. Jordbær fortsatt med i smak, men mer i bakgrunnen. Kakao, sjokolade og fløte. Rubin77 (2973) - Brussels / Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 19, 2017
F: huge, bit tanned, long lasting.
C: dark with deep red tones against the light.
A: malty, herbal, bit strawberries but in sweet artificial way, bit chocolate.
T: bit roasted malt, bit coffee, strawberries of course, bit lactic, cocoa, fruity, dry on the palate so not so bad as the aroma, chocolate, medium body and carbonation, expect more pleasant aroma yet partially enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Bierwinkel De Hopduvel in Gent.

On tap Beavertown Beer Extravaganza, Saturday 9th September 2017. Lots and lots of strawberry but nice cocoa a bit like a milkshake, smooth and a little creamy. V.

Toch vooral een chocolade & koffie smaak in deze. De aardbeien zitten vooral in de geur. Speciaal bier, nu niet om dagelijks te drinken, maar fijn om geproefd te hebben. R4N5H (1407) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 17, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 20, 2017 On tap at The Planet Oedipus Aftermath event - Oedipus taproom 17-Aug-2017. Dark brown with a small beige coloured head. Aroma of sweet malt, lactose, cocao nibs and strawberry cordial. Medium body and soft/medium carbonation. Taste of sweet malt, caramel, cheap chocolate and artificial strawberries. Sweet finish. OK, but does get a little too much. CraftyHare (149) - Adelaide, AUSTRALIA - AUG 6, 2017
Tastes initially of artificial strawberry, cotton candy, milk chocolate, caramel malt and herbal characters. Quickly transitions to bitter herbal finish. Decent body for 6% alc vol, in fact it tastes heavier. The overall flavour is artificial and requires balancing and refinement. Aftertaste is a little sharp and unpleasant. tderoeck (11096) - Gent, BELGIUM - JUL 29, 2017
19/VII/17 - 33cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte) @ home - BB: XII/2018 (2017-1049)
Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige irregular head, unstable, falls down quickly, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: yuck, this is really bad, this smells like some antibiotic syrup or something similar from my youth, a really artificial and bad smell which I guess has to come from the strawberries... MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty roasted, bit sweet, some strawberry candy, pretty unpleasant, syrupy, some chocolate notes. Aftertaste: roasted, little bitter, strawberry flavoured frutella candy (I guess, it’s been ages since I ate that stuff), syrupy, really bad and weird. Very surprised at the high scores this beer gets...
