erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAY 9, 2017
Pitch black, very heavy looks. Strong concentrated dark brown malt aroma with pecan, coffee, maple syrup, dark caramel. Quite sweet but very attractive aroma. Dense sweet and roasted taste. Very bitter base that balances this, even tips the scale way over to the other end. Very expressive and a bit uncontrolled beer... Just how I like it. Though in all honesty a single bottle is quite enough. (33cl bottle from Être Gourmet)
