COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop: Fuggles, East Kent Goldings. Mout: Pale Ale, Munchener, Caramel, Zwartmout.

33 cl. Deep mahogany with a ruby tint. Creamy ring and islands of foam on top. Big nose of maple toffee and earthy leaf. Tastes of caramel, earthy leaf, peat and toasted walnut. Medium-plus body has medium carbonation and a sweet slant, but not cloying.

Bottle. Heavily sweet, lots of caramel, burnt sugar, dried fruits. There seems to be assertive bitterness in the background, but it is overpowered by the candyish sweetness. Light grassy hops flavour. Weird beer, not my favourite. Not bad though.
