Modestly sweet, ultra dry crackers and grassy, lightly earthy bitterness. Light medium in body with average carbonation. Dry, grass and flower hop finish with some light crackers and bread. Draft at GBBF 2013, day 3 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Stunning beer, really. Crispy and bready, with faint cereal, straw. Gorgeous. Light bodied with average carbonation and creamy texture. Perfectly balanced in the finish, with bitter hay, cereal, light grass. Lovely stuff. (August 2013, score: 4.3)
