Draft @ Ottos Pub & Brewery, State College, PA. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity fresh and slightly tart apple aroma. Slightly sweetish fruity crisp apple flavor with some tart hints. Has a fruity crisp and slightly tart apple finish. j12601 (12982) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 31, 2015
On tap at Otto’s. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head that vanishes almost instantly. Vinuous apple on the nose, a hint of tartness. Starts of lightly sweet and dries out a touch but still retains some sweetness. Acid is light and delicate and mostly gets covered by caramel and green apple flesh. Soft acid into the finish.

Sample from Otto’s. Pours pale gold with maragarita tinge and minimal head. Nose and flavor and tart green apple, with a tart flavor and a smooth finish. A solid cider, similar to the mass brands. SudsMcDuff (8463) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - AUG 31, 2012

Sampled from a 750ml brown bottle this cider poured a very pale yellow color with only a trace of a white head. The aroma was sharp and crisp apple. The flavor was dry, faintly nutty and had a light tart apple presence with a touch of vinegar in the finish. More dry than I am used to but enjoyable.

22 oz bottle. Pours a bright clear pale yellow body with a small very fizzy white head that completely vanished. The nose is rather sweet apple juice with a touch of red apple skins. The flavor is indeed semi-dry, the sweetness dominates up front then dries out nicely towards the finish. Rather crisp and snappy with some nice apple skin notes. Light bodied and crisp with very fizzy efforvescent carbonation. Overall, not the most complex of beverages, but it’s rather easy drinking and without flaws. From bomber. Bright crisp apple aroma, fruity and clean with no off aromas. Cider aroma for me never seems to be that complex, and I don’t think this is, either. But it has a good aroma. Pale straw yellow, crystal clear with visible bubbles. No head. Medium to light body with medium carbonation. Light acidic burn. Nice clean cider, starts with a nice bit of fruity sweetness followed by lots of tart apple character. Light alcohol taste with some bitter dry notes. Refreshing and juicy. Bottle consumed at Otto’s Pub & Brewery. Pours a clear light yellow. Aroma of lots of apple and cinnamon. Flavor of tart apple, apple juice, lots of apple, with a dry finish. A tasty cider with plenty of apple and a nice balance of sweetness to dryness.

22oz bottle that my parents picked up for me at Otto’s in State College, PA...thanks guys! Pours a crystal clear, pale golden-yellow colored body with a finger-width, fizzy, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing with a steady rise of carbonation in the glass. Aroma is apple juice and green apple cider with a bit of a tart champagne yeast. Crisp and mostly dry with a light sweetness. Flavor is solid. Much more of a dry, champagne character with a pleasant green apple cider characteristic. Light sweetness from the apple juice notes before this finishes dry, crisp, and moderately tart before leaving a fairly lengthy aftertaste. Light body and a moderately lively carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid cider. Not overly complex, but I’m digging the dry, champagne-like tartness that the green apples present. A touch of sweetness to balance keeping this refreshing and enjoyable. Good one.
