Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Dror. Slightly hazy golden. Fruity aroma with some yeast, malt, honey, fruits and a bit of alcohol. Sweetish flavor with some malt and bready notes at first, continues fruity and slightly spicy with yeast and finishes with lemony bitterness. Medium-bodied. Bottled. Very yeasty aroma. Sweet unclean yeasty flavour. Slightly dry finish. Unclean metallic chlorine notes. Another very unpleasant industrial tripel. FROTHINGSLOSH (7697) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 9, 2009
Sampled on draft at the Sharp Edge Beer Emporium this beer poured a vivid yellow-gold color with a small white head. The aroma was tangy, dryish and malty with a faint yeasty undertone. The flavor was tangy, yeasty and a bit tart with a fairly strong dry apple element and a sugary undertone. The finish was short, tart and dry apple. Ok but slightly disappointing.
