COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
Named after Paisley's river, White Cart Water, this golden full bodied ale boasts smacks of flavour. The appearance is enhanced by a touch of wheat malt, giving good head retention and a wonderfully dry after-taste that won't be easily forgotten. As the name suggests feel free to enjoy 'Cart Blanche' as the mood dictates.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2007 Cask gravity at Battersea BF 2007. Gold/copper colour with thick off white head. Im guessing that this has some wheat in it. Good aroma of cereal. Reasonable fullness in mouth. Good mouthfeel, nice cereal. Decent finish. A "fresh" tasting beer. 3.2/5.0 Re-rate Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Lovely fresh citrus hop aroma. Lovely peach/apricot aroma. Good condition, quite impressed with this. Nice astringent hop on finish. Nice sherbert.

Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest 07. Golden amber with white head. Soft fruity beer, hints of lychee and quite perfumey. I found it to be a touch sweet with little finish. Its ok, but i expected more.

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bready, toasted grain, cereal and porridge. The taste is smooth, bitter, chewy malt, porridge, peppery spice, white bread, hint of lemon and grain with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A pretty run of the mill malt-led golden ale.

golden with a lasting white head. Intense aroma of peach and citrus. Very bitter - halfway through the GBBF this gave nice memories of APAs...
