Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, lime, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, peel bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and slight bitter grassy. Fruity and slight bitter citric. Dry and hoppy. Bitter and slight citric dry finish . Ungstrup (38139) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 4, 2005

Golden colour, mediumsized creamy offwhite head. Aroma is very fresh fruity hops. The same goes for the flavour along with bigtime caramel. Very refreshing beer.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2007 Cask gravity at Battersea BF 2007. Gold/copper colour with thick off white head. I’m guessing that this has some wheat in it. Good aroma of cereal. Reasonable fullness in mouth. Good mouthfeel, nice cereal. Decent finish. A "fresh" tasting beer. 3.2/5.0

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bready, toasted grain, cereal and porridge. The taste is smooth, bitter, chewy malt, porridge, peppery spice, white bread, hint of lemon and grain with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation.
