invinoveritas (156) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - APR 16, 2011
Pint from cask. Pours vivid amber but not much head. Sprightly and bitter, with a slight hint of juniper or maybe black tea, evolving into roasted, salted peanuts. Appropriately bitter. Not incredibly ambitious, but a very solid bitter.

downender (8687) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 8, 2011
Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 7/03/2011. Amber coloured with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of cereal malts with some fruity sweetness. Flavour had some decent malts, more fruit and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Disappointing Bitter. Rather bland: bit of fizz, sweet malt and biscuity bitterness. Like licking a rolling pin.

Cask på Fat Cat, Sheffield 1 Okt 10. Gyldenbrun. Lavt skum. Fyldig & fruktig aroma. Smaken tynn. Tørr bitter ettersmak.

Rune (12944) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 1, 2010
White patchy surface atop of an amber coloured body with reddish highlights. Vaguely smell of juicy malts. Malt-fruity taste along with a rounded bitter finish. Nice bitter, not thin at all. Half pint, cask in perfect shape at The Fat Cat in Sheffield 1 Oct 10.

Gethinbeer (2452) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - AUG 22, 2010
Slight malt aroma, great mahogany colour with a good head and lace. Nutty, oak malt and caramel flavour. Smooth texture. Slight earthy finish.

thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 20, 2010
Cask at The Wheatsheaf, Borough. Copper with a smallish froth. Earthy hop nose. Pleasant green apples hoppiness. Light body. A good session beer.

ladnewton (1975) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 7, 2010
UPDATED: FEB 22, 2013 Cask at the Fat Cat, Sheffield on 6th February 2010. Golden copper with lasting white head. Initially crisp, bitter and citric-hoppy with a burst of nuttiness. Refreshingly easy drinking with a smooth mouthfeel and a fairly dry finish. Re-rating 19th January 2013: cask at the same location. Rating values unchanged - mark of consistency. Citric and grassy hop with these flavours dominating from aroma to finish, mouthfeel somewhat zingier this time.
