In bottle. Pours a deep ruby - brown colour with a thin light tan head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee and caramel. Similar chocolate and caramel flavours with a distracting sake yeast character. Mild carbonation and CO2 prickle. Oily mouth-feel. Not really my thing. dynamiteninja (1853) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - MAY 13, 2011
