Fra hndpumpe pmThe Mossy Well, Muswell Hill (London), mars-17: klar lys gylden med ok skum. Lys malt, honning, citron og appelsin i aroma og smak. I tillegg en touch av granskudd. Fin munnflelse, behagelig bitterhet i avslutningen, lettdrikkelig.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a medium white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of orange pith, grain and lime. Flavour of pale malt, grassy hops and orange. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel Soft fizz. An exceptionally clean Pale Ale. This reminded me of Fyne Ales Hurricane Jack.

Cask. No great scent more grain than hop but some faint citrus. Pour golden with thin lace top. Taste wise its a hoppy pale with a definite bitterness lingering on the palate. Overall nothing special.
