Pretty sweet heh heh. Loads of body thick oily palate not too sweet. Normal chocolate notes. Would definitely treat again. OldGrowth (3474) - the Containment Area, North Carolina, USA - JUN 12, 2016
Pint at 229 Parks. Good aroma, sweet. Oat, chocolate, dark orange brown color, not much head or lace. Sweet flavor. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel sweet finish. It’s good, very drinkable stout, not gonna wow you. But nice lighter stout. Flavor best part IMO, good chocolate about it. rondphoto (4468) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JUN 14, 2015
on tap @ Prospector’s / Denai Nat’l Park AK --- Opaque black color, tan rim head, lace that slides back into the drink. Taste is solid chewy sweet malt with an infusion of obvious milk and a little oatmeal that courses through the swallow to a finish that only suggests hops. All is clean and very good. Solid, even for breakfast. Recommended. Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 16, 2014
This is a sweeter stout – the milk stout aspect – with some light chocolate and oatiness. Probably a bit too fatty for me to drink more than one, as that element is pronounced, but a good sweet stout.

Nearly opaque black/brown, thin head fading to a ring. Smells of caramel and roasted malt, coffee, bread. Flavor coffee, dark roast malt, sour cherries. Finish is bitter dark roast and slightly sour. Body slightly thin, carbonation a little sharp for stout. Overall a nice, drinkable, dry stout.

Poured from a growler. Coffee is not overwhelming, cocoa, roasted malts, light bodied and easy drinking, some dark fruit/ berries, drank looking at Denali. What a great beer experience. Sledutah (7725) - Utah, USA - JAN 28, 2013
Growler picked up at La Bodega and shared with Dallas, Bonnie and Mike (for Breakfast) while standing on Lake Denali and taking pictures of Mt. McKinley in a foot of snow and a sunny 25deg outside temp SHIG (4962) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - MAY 25, 2012
Appearance: Clear dark mahogany with a small tan head and spotty lacing
Aroma and flavors of roasted malts, grainy and coffee
Very nice, a little thin but this tasted great considering our location
Draft: Poured a light translucent black with a bubble tan head. Aroma is light malts and sweet milk chocolate, but light overall. Taste is sweet malts, milky chocolate, bit grassy grain. Not as smooth as I would expect for a breakfast stout. jsquire (4525) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - JAN 29, 2012
Sampled at the ’12 GABBF. Dark beer with a thin whispy tan head. Roasted grain with some raisen and dried fruits in the nose. This is a sweet beer with brown sugar, bitter chocolate, lactic acid and some hints of smoke. Nice stout. Travlr (25265) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 21, 2012
Draft at GABBF. Almost black, brown head. Aroma of. Urnet espresso and milk chocolate. Taste is similar. Very nice.
