Can. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain, husks), with a light note of DMS. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly unclean, husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Husky and flavorless...a drain pour of the macrobrew variety.

Pretty close resemblance to PBR, very clean and sessionable beer well suited for outdoor activities and lawn-moving. Hint of malt and hops, about on par with most craft beer American Lagers.

Lemon yellow body, white head. Aroma malt and slightly funky? Flavors faint lemon and yeast. Body light, carbonation light. Clean finish. A little boring?

Reviewed from notes. The appearance has a hazy golden yellow colored body with a slim half finger white foamy head that must die within thirty seconds. Some carbonation is seen rising through the hazy at a steady pace with its lacing that tries to cling but slides after a good minute. The smell has some sweet maltiness, a little bit of corn adjuncts and just a tad of fruitiness, light spice. The taste seems that the flavoring is a bit different as the previously mentioned flavors that are there, as the spice is right there in the flavoring (spicy malt, interesting?), but there is no aftertaste or finish. The palate is light, and fairly sessionable. Carbonation seems pretty smooth for the style and for me, good feel for an American Blond Ale. Overall, with the corn adjuncts coming through in the smell, this is a borderline AAL/Light Lager or something to the effect, yet the spice that comes through helps it keep its edge, would I have this again, perhaps in the summer with some food.

Rich hazy golden and copper coloured body with hints of bronze and a ridiculously large, four centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of light fruits - apples, pears, etc with a hint of malt and a touch of alcohol. Light-bodied; Mild flavours of sugar, malt, fruit and a hint of dry grassy and herbal notes, but no hops at all. Aftertaste shows mostly the sweetness from fruit and a bit of the dry malts, but not much else and no real complexity. Overall, a beer that I was expecting. Not bad, but not great of course, and a beer that was nice to have in a modern-designed can and still from Alaska, an amazing place to support the beer scene and everything. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from La Bodega in Anchorage, Alaska on 04-October-2013 for US$1.85 and brought back home to the opposite end of the country at home in Washington on 29-January-2014.

Can, courtesy of SHIG – thanks! Massive white head atop a golden pour great retention and moderate lacing. Pleasant aroma is lightly fruity, grape perhaps, some grass and grains. A crisp and lively flavor of light hops and sweeter malts. Refreshing.
