Unclear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light brown head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, toffee, caramel, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Clear medium red amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, leather notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, leather - basement - grass, dry, nutty, dusty, light woody. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Almost clear dark amber beer. Tidy off white head. Palate is smooth with light carbonation. Mild caramel in the malt base. Somewhat insipid marmalade hops. Redemption comes by way of some sweet candy fruits. Finishes neutral.
Cask at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear, golden-brown with a modest, creamy white head. Rich, toasty bread in the nose, hints of lightly toasted pine. Medium sweet flavor, toasty bread, some resinous pine, berries, ripe citrus. Light to medium bodied withfine carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, pine and grass, earth, toasty almost butnt bred, some ripe berries and citrus. Great beer. Well balanced, nicely hopped. Lightly hazed chestnut brown with a thin off white head that clears the edge and leaves a film.
Nose carries hopy notes, rye bread, caramel, dark malt.
Taste is hop forward, sugars, dough, caramel, rye.
Medium bodied with fine carbonation, bitterness in the finish,

Pleasant bready aroma. Nice rich orange, small loose head. Good bitterness, some wooly dryness. Very solid simple bitter - balance good, and dangerously sessionable.
