COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Table beers are about gatherings. From the fields. From the houses. From different parts of the community. A dry, low alcohol beer with bright flavors fit for long meals and shared conversations. A farmer’s table is unlike any other; where harvests are brought in from the field and the fruits of hard labor are shared with family, friends and strangers alike. It is in this spirit that we named our table beer Farmer’s Table. The modest alcohol content of Farmer’s Table allows the bright and expressive flavors of American hops to sing alongside our house yeast in a consistently quenching manner. Paired with goat or funky cheeses, roasted meats, or spicy vegetables (or why not all three!), this beer will clean up and refresh your pallet with each sip.

16.9 oz. bottle, consumed on 9-8-17. Pours a lightly hazy brass to gold with a moderate amount of short-lasting, off-white to beige head. Quite cloudy in subsequent pours. Fruity, lightly tart aroma. Apricot scent. A touch of urine. Fresh and yeasty smell. Brett-y flavor. Pepper and lemon. Lightly chemical taste. Dry. Frothy in the palate. Medium body. Insubstantial palate effects. Not disgusting by any means but bland and boring, and it inspires little in the way of notes from me. I let this sit too long in the back of my beer fridge, so the hops presumably have faded considerably, likely to the beer’s detriment. 6.3.6.2.12=>2.9

Bottle in MV. Pours mostly clear gold with a modest, frothy white head. The aroma holds a rather lovely funkiness, with accents of lemon, hay. Light sweet flavour with subtle touches of pithy grapefruit, wheat bread, some musty hay bales, a bit of funk, light lemony acidity. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Really clean on the finish, with further restrained citric tartness, light acidity, more wheat flakes, some melon, straw. Overall, this is hugely drinkable stuff. Nice depth given the ABV, too.

Idiosynkrasie (7726) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - AUG 13, 2017
500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, very pale golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Grassy, herbal, spicy yeasty and citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of lemongrass, lemon balm, nettle, lime zest, hints of white pepper. Taste is dry, citrusy hoppy and herbal-grassy, spicy yeasty, minimally funky, notes of lemon, lemon zest, lemongrass, hints of nettle, sage, white pepper, nettle; lasting, minimally soapy finish, slightly oily texture, light body but in no way watery. Very "natural", i.e. neither technically clean nor unregulated dirty. Very promising house yeast - Dupont comes to mind...
