Pours hazy straw into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Lemon, cumin and brett aromas. Dry with sweet hay and sourdough upfront turning to lemon joy before the lasting bitter pith finish. ctipping (2115) - Florida, USA - AUG 8, 2016
500 mL bottle. Very hazy pale yellow. Big white head, Tropical aroma, very fruity. Huge brett aroma. Tastes a little sweet up front, with some tropical fruits and maybe pilsner malt. Immediately the brett takes over and it becomes bitter. Medium light body, high carbonation. It’s very bretty, but not overly so, yet.

Cloudy pale with white head. Aroma is pineapple, dust, medicinal, floral, and citrus. Taste is dryness some bitterness and fruity. Overall enjoyable and would probably be pretty great aged in a wine barrel with some cultures. MaBeer1972 (2085) - Reno, Nevada, USA - JUL 7, 2016
Bottle from Manchester W&L. Pours out a cloudy lemony yellow with a frothy white head. Fruity-yeast aromas with a bit of funk. Not sour at all. Bit of fizz, but mostly smooth and easy drinking. Dry earthy-spice bitterness in the middle. Better than I could have expected. ben4321 (6547) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JUL 1, 2016
Draft at Haymaker. Dank, grassy, and a little funky. Definite weed smell. Gold put with a small white head and light lace. Taste very dry and dank. Finishes bitter and dry. Interesting beer, that I’m not sure entirely whether I liked or loved.
