Clear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, old nutty malt, nutty, fruity, wood - nutty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, old malt, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Cask at CBC. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Biscuity, lightly grainy malts in the aroma, some subtle hops and hay. Medium sweet flavor with good hop balance. Crispy malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mild citrus and faint tang in the finish, some cereal, grain, and straw. Good stuff, easy to drink.
