500ml bottle. I cant comment on the pour, as it was consumed from the bottle, and thats probably for the best. There is an unpleasant funky aroma, along with some oily cardboard notes. Very faint nondescript hops leading into a body of cardboard and sweet adjuncts. The finish is bland and watery, although at least not metallic. An apocalyptically bad lager, even by African standards.

A: Light straw with a medium white head that quickly disappears N: Faint sweetness. T: Low bitterness and a very faint fruity/floral note. P: Thin body, in keeping with the style. O: Even for a light lager, this beer could do with a tad more bitterness.

From bottle at Juma Kenyatta International Airport 18.02.16. Clear pale straw colour. Bright white head and lacing. Moderate aroma of stale hops and grass. Unfresh taste. Unfresh and unappealing, with low bitterness. Metallic aftertaste.

Light bready smell with some metall and slight artificial. Similar taste. Like a regular industrial lager. Tusker was allot better (tried side by side).

500ml bottle picked up in an offie in Hammersmith. As White Cap Lager, 4.2%. Brewed by EABL Kenya with Equatorial barley and corn starch. Brilliant pale orange, sparkling, small foamy white head leaves full lacing. Aroma is mostly Jacobs crackers with some sweetened popcorn. Body is medium to light, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is light honey, papery, watery with some popcorn, very light bitterness. I dont mind the corn adjunct. Very drinkable - I can imagine chilling in the Kenyan heat with a couple of these. Insipid but not unpleasant.

Im not sure what the difference between this and any of the Tuskers is, really. Reasonably drinkable.

Butelka pite w Kenii 2002r. Kolor prawie przeżroczysty, białawy. Aromatu i smaku brak. tylko leciutka słodowośc.Piana średnia szybko znikająca. Piwo niedobre, tylko jako napj chłodzący.

A light straw coloured beer with a big foamy head. Slightly more drinkable than Tusker though fairly bland. Its a lager, (as it says 3 times on the front labels) its drinkable providing its ice cold and the sun is beaming down. OK as a thirst quencher and thats about it.

Bottle. Yet another rock bottom performance by Kenya Breweries. Why dont they just make one crap beer?? They all taste the same...just different shades of awful.
