Clear amber pour with a decent white head. Malty, a little spice, a little passionfruit on the nose. Taste is passionfruit, bready malt, a bit of pine, but there is a bit of weird chemical on the finish.

Bottle. Amber with a white head. Aroma of spiced caramel, berries, passionfruit. Lightish bodied with fairly high carbonation. Not all that much sweetness with bread and some boiled blackcurrant lolly. Tropical notes are pretty light - some passionfruit, feijoa, pineapple. Spicy with firm bitterness. A while ago this might have been called a new world hopped bitter.

Pours amber with a small head.
Nose shows spicy and herbal hops, some caramel.
Flavours include more caramel and bready malt along with more of the spicy and herbal hops followed by a gentle bitterness.

beer-yum (1900) - Wellington, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 16, 2017
Restrained aroma in a golden pour. Laid back hop forward balance with a light fruity body and finish. Equally enjoyable at lager temps via tap or at cellar temperature via hand pull.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2017 330ml bottle. Pours gold. Passionfruit, gooseberry, biscuit, lemon, little metallic. Decent.

Bottle Pour. Pours a mild gold. Noticeable Nelson Sauvin notes and bitterness. Medium body with a mild bitterness and the same Nelson Sauvin flavours coming through again.

From a bottle. A lot of malty body, I got an older bottle so the hop aroma had died off, pretty tasty still.

330ml bottle from brewery
Amber color with good head.
Aroma is grapefruit, biscuit malt, a touch of pine and a slight burnt rubber note.
Mild bitterness, a forward fruit hop palate and a lingering hoppy bitterness at the back.
Nice.
