Light coriander. Comes together ok but some light astringency and disconnect here. Cloudy orange with ok head and lacing. A little high on booze aroma. Tap at Churchkey.

Bink Tripel. Bright orange colour. Aroma is floral with some yeast and dough. Flavour is fruity and bittersweet. Has a nice level of bitterness for a Tripel.

Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a clear yellow golden color with a large fluffy white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, Belgian yeast, floral notes, almost soapy in nature down to the mouth feel. Soft at the finish. This almost seems like a tripel on nitro it is so soft and creamy. Worth trying once.

Draft to taster at Dutch’s. Looks solid; a hazy golden orange with white lacing. Smells sweet and malty; more candied though than a normal Tripel. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. More like a wheat wine IMO, which affected its score in my rating.

On tap at Dutch’s. Kegged 03/03/11... Almost entirely hazy golden orange color. Thin white head, leaves good ropes of lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, lighter carbonation, lightly soft. Lightly dry finish. Aroma has an old hop taste to it, kind of musty. Lighter bitter taste, moderate sweet. Some spice. Hard for me to get past the distinct taste of hops that have gone past their prime... Alcohol is well hidden, though, I’ll give this beer that. It’s not bad overall, just not great, nothing really shines about it. Just a hint of belgian yeast character, a light hint of belgian candy sugar. Thanks to the smooth texture, it goes down pretty easy, that’s a plus.

Dark golden with medium head. Musty hop aroma and taste, watery finish. Grainy tripel taste.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 29/09/13, as Bink Tripel. Lightly hazed golden with a big off white head that thins then retains. Nose is cereals, bitter orange, bready malt, grassy. Taste comprises caramel, toasted malts, dark fruits, tarte apricot, orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, balanced finish. Decent tripel, not overly sweet and cloying making for an easy drinking affair, the alcohol is well disguised.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy gold. Very drinkable for a 9% beer. Dryish. Ok
