Tasting at Matt's
Hazy golden color. The sweetness is moderate, the alcohol is barely noticeable, it's fruity and extrimely resiny, a bit sweaty, powerful but balanced. You need to brew a Triple IPA, this is a good reference.

650ml bottle @ Matt's. Pours a hazy golden amber colour with a small white head. Nose is sweet malts with a resinous hop note. Flavour is similar, upfront sweet bready malts and then giving way to a potent resinous hop character with a boozy warmth.

Bottle - Little earth and citrus with a touch of tea leaf. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Bitter, tea leaf, booze and bitterness.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is intense, with lots of resinous hops, alcohol and sweet caramel malts. Flavour is very similar, with lots of resinous hops, alcohol (some gasoline), and sweet bready malt. Boozy and fairly sweet. It's not bad, but below Kern River average.

Oakes (19426) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 31, 2017
Pale. Hazy. Not much head. There's a fair bit of hop - chewy, orangey, so not bad. Bitter, grapefruit, some biscuity, chewy malts, but the hops are really nice, with bright citrus notes and a little bit of pine. Alcohol fairly well disguised in comparison to most of the other things.

Iznogud (4714) - CROATIA - AUG 29, 2017
On tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden with white head. Heavy hoppiness, citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, sweet maltiness in the middle, bitter finish. Some alcohol is noticeable. Medium bodied.

Hazy bright yellow color with a thin head of white foam. Slick and dry on the palate with pine, grass, grapefruit, and orange. Slight alcohol burn going down.

On tap at Facebook in Menlo Park, CA. Aroma is citrus, mild pine. Taste is citrus-y, almost creamy, very smooth and the alcohol is extremely well hidden. More smooth than chewy and will definitely sneak up on you.

Poured from a bomber, hazy light golden with a medium white head. Nose is citrus, a bit of pine, taste is somewhat balanced for a beer this strong; malty, chewy, alcohol is subtle, but sneaks up on you. Nice oily texture with a lingering finish.
