The beer is unfiltered living matter: both sight and taste is always changing, evolving. A lot of fresh unfiltered beer yeast is floating, her body almost bite, bitterness vibrant. The bottom of the barrel sits in the yeast over time, and this process is almost the end of the unfiltered beer mirror tisztaságúvá become - along with the taste is simogatóbb, will be stripped. A Bitter Honey unpasteurized beer, preservatives, shelf life, instead of a high degree of alcohol and hops gives antiseptic. Szűretlensége and pasztörizálatlansága not only incredibly ízessé, but also makes it very healthy. In this line, everything is there, which is the world’s most popular drink of his beer. anus (2) - - DEC 20, 2012 does not count
Very drinkable beer. I fell in love with it. While in Hungary, I went every night to the Szimpla bar in Budapest where they have it. judikka (1) - - MAY 21, 2014 does not count

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2012 It is a real novelty in Hungarian brewing. Freshly evolved from the cheap suburban beer brewed at the Fót Brewery for years. It started out as an experiment in extreme hopping. It is a very sweet strong unfiltered lager almost yellow, with a decent foam.
First it tastes sweet, than hops kick in and its mostly bittering hops driven to the extreme with a lot of exotic and herbal tastes, and then simple hop aftertaste and more sweetness. It is easily drinkable, and you can drink a lot. It is an unbalanced beer with a lot of energy. Great stuff! rozsoma (1010) - Győr, HUNGARY - JUL 16, 2011
Ez a főzet most elég "szőlős"-re sikeredett. Kicsit már a grabanc-ra hasonlít. pavelociped (14) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JAN 24, 2013
Csapon, Cheers pub, Budapest, Veres Pálné utca 4. Egy fantasztikus ötletből született, "műfaji határokat" átlépő sörkülönlegesség (’HopLager’), egy megunhatatlan, erősen komlós ivósör. (Sajnos a téli változata már kevésbé sikerült.) morangochris (19) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 22, 2013
On tap at Spiler and Szimpla Kert, Budapest. Cloudy and golden colour, large foam. strong and bitter smell. Taste and palate is very herbal and full of hops. Bitter and the finishing taste is more citrus hoppy. As I like aromatic hops this beer is a very nice beer and one of the best Hungarian beers. hetyu (115) - HUNGARY - FEB 27, 2013
Bottle / on -tap - Unfiltered hazy, light golden coloured beer with a thin, white head. The aroma is fruity and hoppy (Magnum and Spalt!?). Herbal taste along with a sweet malt base. Leave a really awesome bitterness in your mouth. Currently the best bottom fermented here in Hungary.
