33cl Bottle. Appearance is yellow-golden color with medium, off-white head. Aroma is grassy, Noble hops, and doughy. Taste is similar with sweet dough, pale malts, and grassy and herbal hop bitterness. Palate is medium-bodied, smooth texture, average carbonation, and a dry finish. What is lacks in imagination, it makes up for in high quality. Good beer. Ratman197 (14680) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - APR 22, 2012

Bottle 33cl a clear yellow beer with low head. Nose is hopy, aroma is sweet, malty but very hopy, grassy and resin notes, so nice hops bouquet, nice bitterness at the finish, the beer is oily.

33cl swing top bottle; Cloudy, yellow colour with a big but loose foamy white head, leaving lace-work. Yeasty and sweet pale malty and doughy aroma with herbal spice and nettle-like hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, slim bodied with a gentle well-carbonated mouthfeel. Yeasty malty base with spicy hops from the start; moderately dry and bitter hoppy finish. Another well-rounded brew from Ketterer. 26.XI.08 fonefan (48669) - VestJylland, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2009

Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Fresh. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle, 4.9%. Faint flowery hop aroma. Hazy very pale yellow colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour is not as weak as the colour might suggest. A little sweet with a good malt level. Light malts, perhaps slightly papery, but nice. Quite a lot of hop flavour, flowery and slightly sweet. jonas (7549) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - APR 13, 2009
Zwickel implies yeast - not much in my bottle: Pale golden with a rocky white head, light hazy if you really swirl it. Flowery aromatic hop nose. Godd hop profile: starts grassy, light flowers, a hint honey - on a lean yet chewy bready base. Mellow mouthfeel. Aromatic hops retronasal. pivnizub (10571) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 24, 2008
Bügelverschlußflasche von Quack-Duck. Pale golden, hazy, big fluffy - slowly collapsing - rocky white head. Sweet pale malt, but mainly dry aromatic hops in the nose. Moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft, creamy MF. Lingering hoppy and malty finish with a light fruitiness underneath. A very pleasant Zwickel......
