Picked up a single 12-oz can from Riley’s Wines of the World in Madison, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with an average sized off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some excellent lacing Aroma of grassy hops and caramel malt and a touch of Earl Grey tea. Taste is medium bodied with flavors of multi-grain malt and grassy hops. Finish is semi-dry with a dry grassy hop aftertaste that hides most of the caramel malt grain flavors. A hoppy and herbal amber ale is a closer style to describe this pale ale. BeerInHeaven (467) - Brillion, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 23, 2015

Draft. Golden. Pour. Just a mindblowingly nondescript and average pale ale. Not much here.

I can definitely say: this is NOT like a swallowing a mouthful of vomit. Similar? Yes. The same? No. So there is that. Or not. I really have NO idea why I bought a 2nd 6 pack (maybe cuz I was drunk on Blatz at the time?!) So, in the future I will stick with Grain Belt, Blatz or something of similar nature. This stuff? Well, I do have a clogged drain that needs fixing that this may come in handy....or not. Ratman197 (15216) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - MAY 7, 2015
Can poured a clear orange amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of bread, light orange zest and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, orange zest and a hint of earthiness with a smooth finish. superspak (5880) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - JAN 3, 2015
12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 8/22/2014. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 1 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, floral, grass, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/floral hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, floral, grass, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, lemon/orange zest, light pine, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good complexity and robustness of citrus/floral hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, fairly crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice pale ale style. All around good balance, robustness, and complexity of citrus/floral hops and moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering. njager246 (697) - grand rapids, Michigan, USA - DEC 25, 2014

can. pours hazy pale golden with a decent off-white head showing some retention and lacing. spicy oranges, lightly toasted peppered maltiness, usual suspects - c’s, earl grey, slightly off-fruitiness, some apricots and peaches, almost rotten, touch of caramel. light carbonation, light body - kind of watery, balanced spicy-peppery-citrusy finish. shy but drinkable apa. o-k.
